A MISSION ABROAD. [Press Association — Copyright.] Melbourne, Feb. 3. The State Cabinet have decided to send a mission, abroad to secure.settlers for irrigable lands. Mr Mead, -the Government irrigation expert, will visit England and America in company with Mr. W. L. Baillieu, Minister of Works, to induce immigrants to settle in Victoria.
