NEWS OF THE DAY.

The Blenheim "Express" of Thursday states: This afternoon, at the Church of tlie Nativity, Miss Robina Kate Hall, youngest daughter of Mr Thomas Hall, of Springlarids,, was united in holy wedlock with Mr Seymour T. Richmond, eldest eon of Mr ¥. H. Richmond, of Richmond Brook. The wedding ceremony was performed by his lordship Bishop 'Mules,- assisted by the Veil. Archdeacon Grace. "The bride was attired in ivory satin, trimmed with soft lace and insertion and pearls. The bodice was in Empire style, with tucked yoke and sleeves. The skirt was plain, with train. The usual veil and orange -blossoms completed the attire. The bridesmaids were Miss V. Hall (sister of the bride) and Miss B. Simpson (cousin of "the bride). The bridesmaids were, dressed in "silk- muslin over satin, and wore veils in place of hats. The best man was Mr Gordon Richmond, brother of the bridegroom, and the groomsman was Mr L. Clouston. After the ceremony at the church a reception was held- at the house of the bride's parents. The happy couple then drove straight to their future home at Richmond Brook. The. bride's travelling dress was a grey tailor-made costume, with a shaded grey hat and ostrich plume.
