EXHIBITION BOUTS

Constable (Bleidieim) v. J. Allan (Nelson). Those, two bantam weights gave an exhibition three rounds of light sparring. F. Hunter (Nelson) v. A. Bradley (Riwaka). The former had the advantage in height and reach, and displayed more science than his opponent, who nevertheless made a good showing. The bout was a most interesting cue and Hunter easily gained the verdict.

H. Pike (Nelson) v. J. James (Nelson). This pair gave a three rounds exhibition, the last round being fairly lively. They were applauded at the conclusion, and Pike gained the-de-cision.

G. Salt, of Riwaka, boxed three rounds with M. Rogers, of Nelson. Both men entered into their work with spirit and gave a good exhibition. No decision was given.
