WANGANUI FREEZINC COMPANY
[United Press Association.] Wanganui, Oct 27. The annual meeting of the Wanganui Freezinz Company was held to-day. Tho report and balance sheet, which showed that the company last year lost £15,000, were adopted. It was resolved to increase the capital by 8000 ■shares at £5 each. It was stated that the directors intended to bring this matter forward some nine months ago but decided that the time was not opportune to put shares on tho market. There was an evident desire on the part of the shareholders to-day to take up their quota of tho new issue. Messrs Rod well aud Silk were elected as directors.
