SOUTH AUSTRALIAN BORROWING
A DANGEROUS EXPERIMENT. [Press Association — Coptiught.] London, Oct. 26. "The Financier" newspaper criticises South Australia's second dangerous financial experiment in the flotation of the recent Joan, and states that the effect has been very prejudicial, as tho market declined to make any price or deal in stock. So far as the paper can ascertain only a small portion of the loan has been placed.
