Messrs Bisley Bros and Co report through their London agents, Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limited, under date of the 22nd October, as follows : Frozen Meat. — There is an improved demand for beef ; hinds are Jd higher and fores Jd <to Jd, but there is a good supply of chilled on liand. Frozen mutton and Lamb. — Holders aro asking higlier prices but there is not any consumptive demand even at less than last quotations. It is probable that holders will have to give way and tho market may have a sudden decline.
