A CORRECTION.
(To tire Editor of "The Colonist.") Sir, — A paragraph in a recent issue of your paper, stating we had presented chairs to the Alexandra Home was incorrect, the amount (£3 3s 6d) having been subscribed by fifty charitably disposed friends to purchase easy chairs for the women's sitting room. I merely acted as treasurer for the young collectors, Would you kindly insert this, and so remove all misunderstanding, and oblige. — Yours, etc., E. F. HARLEY. Wakatu Lodge, Oct. 25th.
