£1550 IN PRIZES. [United Press Association.] Wellington, Sept. 19. Iho Dominion Rifle Association's championship meeting is fixed for Thursday, 3rd March, and will finish on Friday,, llth March. If arrangements can be made with tlie Defcnco and Education authorities, tho Boys' Bisley will be held on Saturday 12th March. The total cost of entries for individual matches is £2 12s, ammunition and sighting shots being free. TJ«« championship series consists of five matches, of 115 prizes in each match, value £125, and a match for the final fifty, of 50 prizes, of una value of £223, together with the Rido Champion Belt, gold medal, and 25 Aswciation badges, tho total cash puzos in this series being £848, and the number cf prizes 625. 'Ihe highest aggregate scorer in maiclifs i to 5 will receivo a new rifle. In the Service Match series there are six matches of £45 to £55 prizes in each, and the sen-ice championship of the valuo of £20, the total value of the 298 cash prizes being £380. The teams match wliich is open to teams of six men from any unit in tho force, comprises six matches and an aggregate with a total cash prizo lisfc of £134, including the champion shield, the Colonial Ammunition Company's £70 cup, and several other trophies. Of extra and special matches thoro are six, and in addition to several trophies there is £200 allotted for cash awards. A rifle will be given to tho highest scorer in the united service match, and tho volunteer and riflo club special match, which will bo competed for at the sea-vice targets. The entries close on tlie 10th February', and aro subject to a chargo of 10 per cent after that date.
