Wellington, March 19. The Arbitration Court gave judgment to-day as to the position of an. adopted daughter in the matter of right to participate in compensation monies, and whether, she was entitled to benefit under the Workers' Compensation for Accidents Act. .The Court held that an adopted child was entitled to be treated as a dependent ex-actly-as if born in wedlock.
