THE PRESS RETICENT
A NAVY LEAGUE PROTEST.
Received March 18, 9.35 p.m. Berlin, March 18. The Naval debate aroused great interest in Germany. . The press, however, is sparing in its comments. The "Nexieste Nachrichtou," the organ of the Navy League, is incensed at German informing Britain that she does not intend to hasten her rate of construction, and '. characterises the supplying of this information as regrettable weakness. •
