All nominations close at the Secretary's office, Nelson, on Friday, 12th March, at 9 p.m. \, - ; v. .": ; ,4. Any owner | neglecting to furnish this informaI tion at time of nomination will 'be i fined £5. ~ - 5. The flat races will be run under the rules of the New Zealand Rules of Racing. The Trotting events will be run under the Rules of the New Zealand- Trotting Association. 6. The winnor of any race, after the declaration of weights, may be rehandicapped. 7. Rule 163, Rules of Trotting.— ,By the entry of, or endeavouring to I enter a horse, every person having, or subsequently acquiring any interest in such: horse, shall be deemed to' accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by these rules, and to be barred from questioning the action or conduct of the club or any other body holding a J sports meeting, or if any official of | the club or such other body in respect , of such horse or any person connected therewith, otherwise than is provided for in Part XXX. 8. The names of tho trainer and owner, or owners, must be -included in all acceptance forms when acceptances are sent in, in default of which the owner or trainer may be fined a sum not exceeding >£5 or disqualified.
