The '"Daily Mail" states that owing to the House of Lords' modification of the Indian Councils Bill and the nonrelease of deported Hindus, there is activity among the anarchists, particularly in Bengal, and that elaborate precautions are being taken for the safety of high officials. The paper adds that there are hundred of police in the Viceroy's camp at Assam.
