GERMANY'S SOCIAL LEGISLATION.
INSURANCE SCHEMES. [Press Association.— Copyright.] (Received" March 2, 0.15 a.m.) Berlin, March 1. Germany proposes to add insurance of widows and orphans to the existing pension scheme. Employer and employee will each pay half, the' Government adding 50 marks for widows' pensions, and 30 marks each for orphans, sickness and the insurance of agricultural workers, servants, and casual labourers.
