IN pursuance of "The Licensing; Actj : 1908," arid of " The Legislature Act, 1908,"- 1, JOHN GLEN, Returning Officer for the LICENSING DISTRICT OF 'NELSON, dp hereby give notice that in- pursuances of the'Pror visions -of the said Acts, an ELECTION will be held for the return of FIVE QUALIFIED PERSONS to serve as Members of the LICENSING COMMITTEE for the said Licensing District of Nelson; and that the latest day- for receiving Nominations of Candidate's will be 5. o'clock in the afternoon of!
