SUFFRAGETTES BY POST. London, Feb 23. As the British Post Office permits human beings being despatched as express letters, two suffragettes were delivered as letters by a_ telegraph messenger at Mr Asquith's house but refused, and they were returned to the Post Office by the messenger as "dead letters." .
