FAILURE TO PAY WAGES FORTNIGHTLY.

Tyson) proceeded against the Puponga 'Coal Mining Company, Ltd., for failing to pay wages fortnightly. \ ; ■As in the previous case there was no defence, to the action, no notice of defence having been filed. . i Mr C. R. Fell, who appeared for tlie defendant company, admitted a tecliT iiical breach of the award.
