SYDNEY PAPER'S COMMENT. «™ m . Sydney, Feb. 15. "The Telegraph" declares that the Penguin would not have been lost if there had been a lighthouse at Terawhiti. The "paper adds that the adequate lighting of such a dangerous coast should be prime consideration with the Government. The public mind was touched with sincere sorrow at the loss of life, and with admiration" for the fortitude displayed by all, especially by tho two stewardesses, who perished, and by the lady passengers. - ■ .. .
