A timber ring has been accused of keeping nrices up, and the fact that timber has gone up enormously in price during recent years needs some explanation. The' question .whether the imports of Oregon pine has been responsible for the decrease in the output from our; mills will also be goner, info, and likewise the subject of the available supplies of timber. . .. •
