PENNANT MATCH. 1 The first pennant match of th« soason between the Nelson and Maitai Bowling Clubs was playod on Saturday afternoon: Heretofore theso matches were playod alternately on . the two greens, but an innovation was made on this occasion by playing an eight-rink match— fonr rinks on each green. The result was that the home rink won easily on the re- , speetiye greens, but .in the aggregate the Nelson Club won by 19 points. -On- the Nelson green the totals were. Nelson 108.
