A great" many ■ citizens called at his office to-day to congratulate him,and m reply to inquiries, he said he had never felt better in his life. "I have Dot an ache or pain anywhere," ke remarked, "and never knew what suoh.a thing meant." Among the sheaf of congratulatory telegrams received, by Sir John, was a-^cable from Lady Florence Onslow and the Uon.
