ANNUAL MEETING. [ United PhesS ASSOCIATION . ] Wellington, Noy. 2. The adjourned annual meeting of the Ndw Zealand Lawn Tennis Association was held to-night. The following officers were elected: — Patron, Lord Plunkot; President, Mr C. H. Broad (Nelson); Vice-Presidents, Mesrs W. 11. Holmes (Auckland), W. Goss (Ghristchurch), F. Logan (Napier), C. J. W. Griffiths (Marlborough), H. R. Duncan (Nelson), E. Harroway (Otago), Dr. Leatham .(Taranaki), H. M. Gore (Wellington), Dr. licichelmann Coast) ; Deputation to English Lawn Tennis Association, Dr. Ewart; Management CommitteD, Messrs JVC Peacock, A. Young, R. M. K. Swanston, E. Salraond, G. A. Hurley, and F. R. Laishley ; Appeal Committee, E. J. Iloss, P. A. Laurie, F. Wilding, A. F. Wright (all of Christchurch) ; Auditor, Mr S. G. McKay; Secretary and Treasurer, Mr G..-M. Goldie. The I amended rules were adopted. - A committee was set up to define the amateur status. It. was decided to resign from tho New Zealand Sports Federation, it being considered obsolete.
