Okey,ttie Opposition candidate for the Taranaki seat, addressed tho electors hero .this evening, lie considered a u'holo session of Parliament could be devoted to the subjacts of perfecting native legislation and 'local government. He said the Native .Lands Commission had already cost the- country £3000, and not much good was going to come out of it. He received a vote of thanks and conlidencc.
