Trafalgar Day was celebrated quietly, it being rniny weather., In tho afternoon tbero was an excellent i parado of public school cadets, and in tbe evening the Navy League held its annual meeting, and gave a ball which many people attended. Wellington, Oct. 21. Bunting waa displayed in the city to-day, ia ho nour.of Trafalgar Day. There wag no celebration of the day in Nelson, and inconsequence iof the heavy rain, the usual display I of .bunting' wss not noticeable.
