NEW ZEALANDERS IN AUSTRALIA.
Received April 14, 10.5 p.m. Adelaide, Apiil 14. The New Zealand bowlers playec their second and final game againsi South Australia on the Adelaide Oval. As the visitors had to catct the afternoon train for Melbourne ai 4.30, the game was begun at 1.30, and was limited to 21 ends. Th< weather jsas dull, with a few spots of rain, which made the couch grasf stand up, and the greens were noi quite keen enough, for the visitors, although they played truly. Th< scores were as follows— : South Australia: Snowley, Lobels, Gurr, JHodert (s), 20; New' Zealand McGibbon, Manning, Smith, Bent> ley (s), 10. South Australia : Johnson, A. Rawley, Bower, Walsh (s), 29; New Zealand: Broad, Bastings, Johnston, Allnutt (s), 17. South Australia: Tablin, Schroder, Hoffman, Clarence Moody (a), 27; New Zea'and : Chegwin. Gee, Maynard, Goldstein (s), 14. South Australia : Bond, Rowe Thomas, Hill (s), 7 18; New Zealand: Neave, W. Martin, Waddell, Bishop (s), 15. South Autraha: Schultz, Malm, H. Moody, Walker (s), 22; New Zealand: Stuhb6tfield, Galbraitb, Thompson, Ham (s), 15. Totals: South Australia 120, New Zealand 71. The final match for the junior championship was played on the Nelson Bowling Club's green yesterday between G. Hogg and E. Jackson, the former winning on the eigh teenth head by 22 to 8.
