BEAUTIFYING PARIS.
Received March 22-y 4.15 p.m. Pans', March 21. The Prefect of Seine has submitted to the Paris municipality a scheme to beaxitify the city at a cost of 24 millions sterling, two millions to be devoted to the extinction of tuber culosis. The entire cost will bi provide*} by continuing the existing sinking fund for 34 years.
