AN INDECENT ACT.
Andrew Sprott was charged with committing an indecent act in a public place. Accused pleaded guilty, and elected to be dealt with summarily. After bearing the circumstances of the case, and taking intoj consideration accused's old a»e, lie was ordered to come up for ten fence when called upon.
