THREATENING LANGUAGE.
Richard Ellis wa3 charged on the information of the Police with using threatening iariguage, in a public place, towards Fi'ancis Stallard, J. P. Defendant pleaded 'guilty, and expressed regret at. the mistake he had made;
The Bench, after warning the defendant of the serious offence he had committed, and taking into consideration his previous good conduct, convicted him and ordered him to come up for sentence when called upon, also to pay costs of Court, 7s.
