Londan, March 19. The Associated Chambers of Uommerce unanimously resolved that. legislation passed in Australia and other cojonies affecting British ships owned in the United Kingdom, excepting in the coastal trades, should not impose restrictions beyond those in the imperial Merchant Shipping Act.
