THE SUFFRAGETTES.
GENTLE REMINDER TO MEMBERS. Received March 8, 5.8 p.m. London, March 7. Members arriving at the House of Commons were much astonished to see flying over Parliamentary Buildings a banner inscribed "Votes for Women." Subsequently it was discovered that this gentle reminder to legislators was suspended in the air by means of a war kite, handled from the roof of a warehouse in Lambeth.
