YOUNG WOMAN FOUND DROWNED.
Masfcerton, February 15. Early this morning a lad while out looking for some cows found the dead body of a young woman named Ettie Phelbert, lying in three foet of water in the Waipoua river. She hailed from Hokitika, and had been despondent since the iecent death of her father.
