Christchurch, January 30. Samuel Bennett and William Morris were committed for sentence to tbe'Suprerne Court to-day, having pleaded guilty;to forging and uttering cheques. Bennett had burgled bis employer's office and stolon the blank cheques which bad been made use of in the forgery.
