THE MACEDONIAN TROUBLES.
Received Jau. 31, 9.30 p.m. London, January 31. Sir Edward Grey's proposal to the Powers recommends an increase in the Maceonian gendarmerie to pursue bands. In order to circumvent this proposal, tbe Porte is organising twelve flying columns of picked men to combat the bands.
