After that the jury wanted to have Mclntyre called as a witness, because he had been detailed to close ;Scott"s stalls, but it, was not pressed, Later. The jury found that George Munro did revoke and determine the right or license fo occupy the space granted to the plaintiff foi* exhibiting his goods: that plainfi ff's goods were seized atid converted to thdliseof the dpmmissidncts j that the right or license to ; occupy the sale stands granted to plaintiff was revoked by George Munro ; that in respect to the exhibition stand plaintiff was entitled to j.stib damages, and in respect to the sale stands to .£I,OOO damages. The vefdict i3 therefore £1,500 damages for the plaintiff. The question of costs was reserved.
