Blenheim, August 16. At the egg laying competition the total eggs laid for the week was 2604, making a grand total of 15,046. The highest totals for the week were: — Skelly and Brady, black orpingtons, 36;, Bythell, black orpingtons, 35; Dodson, black orpington, 35, Nixon, white leghorns, 35; Griffiths, black orpingtons, 35. The highest aggregates to date are: — Dodson, black orpingtons, 292; Law, white leghorns, 282; Herald, white leghorns, 277; Silcook, white leghorns, 271; Hawke, white leghorns, 267; King, white leghorns,26s; Brown, white leghorns, 265.
