Dunedin, July 26. Mr Colin Mac Donald Gilray, the fourth Rhode 3 scholar for New Zealand and the third Otago University man to gain the distinction, was presented to-day by*the Mayor (Mr Loudon), on behalf of . the citizens, with a gold watch and Albert, a travelling case and a letter under the Oommou Seal of the Dunedin City Council.
