Received, July 12, 11. 3S p.m. Berlin, July 12. * The Reichsbets, the organ of the German Protestants, declare that malicious English intrignes are the sole cause of the accusations of maltreatment of natives preferred against Doctor Peters, and accuses the British Ambassador, Sir F. Lascelies, of bribing a German journalist to circulate stories discredit, ing the German Colonial policy.
