18 HOUSES CONDEMNED Dunedin, June, 10. Eighteen houses in or off Walker street were this morning condemned by tbe Health Department. The quarters are for tbe most part occupied by Syrians and the Health Officer Inspector, Mr Gladstone, who accompanied Dr Ogston, says that the premises were surprisingly cleanly kept considering the state of j the buildings.
