Ten started. 1 -Sydney Cup: Realm 1, Proceed 2, Florance 3. All acceptors except Ellis aDd Totolo etarted. Proceed started at 7 to 2," Realm 9 to 2, Dividend 5 to 1, Dyed Garments 7 to l, Wandin 9' to I. A capital start. At the stream Vanadium showed i little to the front, and Mooltan, Eealm, Garches and Wandin led at tbe mile, ni the furlong post Dyed Garments was a length ahead of Wandin. Approaching the straight Realm showed out, and by the time the distance was reached Jwas well clear of the held, Proceed coming fast, with Wandin and Florance clcshb up, but the Australian Cup winner came on full of running, winning by a couple of lengths, Proceed finishing fast a leneth and a half ahead of Florance, Wandin fourth. Time, 3mins 29secs. . Steeple: Karamba 1, Anawatta 2, Auricoluuv3. Eight staite s. Wop by six lengths. Time, smin 47secs. 'Nursery Handicap: Bluebook, 1, Phospolite 2, Confetti 3." Eighteen started. Won by two and a haj' lengths. Time lmin 42>*2sece.
