TENNIS TOURNAMENT.
Invercargill, April 1. The tennis tournament 'was continued i to-day. in fair weather. In the Men's ' Champion Singles the semi-final has been reached., S. Brown, Salmond, and. Thornsoli are in, and R. S. Brown meets Bray ■in the third round. In the Men's Doubles Championship, Salmond and Sinclaii meet-the Brown Bros, in the final. The Ladies' Champion Singles of Otago was again Avon by Miss Canipboll, who beat Miss Tucker in the final, 9—2. Tlie tournament finishes to-morrow.
