The'following 'telegram was despatched to the Acting-Premier this evening, by Mr C A De Latour, ■ managing director of the "Gisborne Slieep-f aimers Company: "In view of some 100 men, mostly Australians, impeding the whole industry of sheepfarming in tho Colon}, would you consider the advisability of arranging for the immediate despatch from England of 100 qualified butchers as assisted immigrants, the Freezing Companies guaranteeing them employment."
