The particular purpose for whicn the said Loan is to be raised is for the purpose of paying off the amount owing from the said Council to the Bank of New Zealand by way of Overdraft on the District Fund Account as existing on the Bth day of February, 1907. 2. The sum proposed to be .borrowed for the saW purpose is .£19,609 12s repayable at the end of Thirty (30) Years. 3. The security proposed for such Special Loan is a SPECIAL RATE of Five Pence (sd) ha the .£ upon the Annual Value of all rateable property within the said City, It is proposed to provide a Sinking Fund of One and a Half Per Cent for tho Repayment of the said Loan. 4. It is proposed that the cost of and incidental to raising Hhe Loan shall be paid out of the moneys borrowed.
