VACCINATION CASE.
Napier December 16. Yesterday Mr Brabant, S.M., gave an important decision in a vaccination case. It appeared the father of the child, named McFarlane, who is a school teasher, applied for a certificate of exemption on tbeground that he altogether objected to vaccination, which was refused him. The Vaccination Inspector applied for an order from the Court directing the father to have the child vaccinated. The Bench granted the order. Leave was given to take the case to the Appeal Court.
