RUSSIA.
St. Petersburg, December 16, While Admiral Dubassoff, formerly Governor of Moscow was walking in the Taurida Gardens at Sfc Petersburg, two men tired revolvers at him, and threw two bombs, wounding Admiral Dubassoff, Both assailants were arrested. This is the second attempt to assassinate Admiral Dubassoff this year, Received December 17, 11 p.m. St. Petersburg, December 17. While attempting to arrest three revolutionaries at Liekang, Bessarabia, four peasants and one official were killed, also two revolutionaries were shot dead, and a third committed suicide.
