UTILISATION OF WATER IN AFRICA.
Received December 15, 4.31 p.m. London, December 15. The Victoria Falls Power Company, Uganda, with a capital of three millions sterling, is issuing 625,000 preference shares. The vendors receive a million ordinary shares and £120,000 cash. There are Jot subscriptions 625,000 preference shares at 95, guaranteed conditionally on the f uIIJI allotment present issue of shares.
