NEWFOUNDLAND AND HER RIGHTS.
Received October 29, 9.29 p.m. London October 29. Reuter reports that the Newfoundland Legislature intends to appeal to Canada, Australia and South Africa to support the Colony in her insisting upon her powers to legislate respecting her own people. The fishing vivendi is regarded as trampling upon her rights.
