Keceived October 18, 10.19 p.m. j Paris, October 18. Before disappearing after a second plunge the 'submarine Lutin rose near the surface, bow foremost. It is now feared that some fishure ad- ! mitted water to the machinery and that tne crew of sixteen met with a terribel death. Admiral Lord tferesford sent a sympathetic message and has informed Admiral Bellue that he is sending a battleship,cruiser and destroyer and he offered tugs. Admiral Bellue gratefully accepts the former but does not rebuire tugs.
