Madden, K C.M.G., etc. His Honor, in giving judgment, said with regard to the geauine Sander^'end Sons' Eucalypti Extract, that wba •- ever an article is recommended to the public by reason of its good quality, oto., it is not permissible to Imitate any of its features, fie restrained the imitators perpetually from doing so, and ordered them to<pay all costs.
