I PAIN. Death is hastened by ignorance. Nature has endowed us with the sense of pain i solely in order that, by seeking relief, -we may avoid playing into the hands of de:UbWhen we feel pain we are out of health. Pain long endured is a strain upon the system ) which Natur« cannot withstand. Many of us, however, ro on suffering cerium kinds of pain, just as if Science could not come to the help of her 'sister Nature. There is, far > instance, no necessity for anyone to suffer from I Rheumatism Indigestion Gravel 3 Gout Ansßmia Stone Neuralgia Blood Disorders Bladder Troubles 1 Backache Biliousness General Debility Sciatica Jaundice Sick Headache 1 The pains caused by this long list of disorders are but Nature's means of leUh\<T n<* know that the kidneys or liver are for some reason unable to perform their w -i efficiently, for all of these disorders are produced by the retention in the system of urinary and biliary poisons, which would be thrown off naturally if the kidneys and liver were doing their duty. Few people realise how important in the scheme of life is the healthy action of the kidneys and the liver, therefore the following description of the functions of those vital organs will be of the deepest interest to many. The Kidneys filter and extract from the blood about three pints of urins every day. In this quantity of urine are dissolved aboub an ounce of urea, ten to two va grains in weight of uric acid, together with other animal and mineral matter varying from a third of an ounce to nearly an ounce. When the kidneys are in health, a 1 this solid matter is in solution and is invisible. Directly the kidneys, through either weakness or disease, become unfit to do their duty properly, a proportion of the solid matte:remains in the blood, becomes actively poisonous, and causes us to suffer from tin-: disorders such as Rheumatism, Gout, Neuralgia, Lumbago, Backache, Sciatica, Gravel, Stone, Bladder Troubles, and Bri^hfa pHswj\ A simple test to make as to the condition of the kidneys is to place some urine. [> ■..■-, d_t ■•- first thing in the morning, in a covered glass, and let it stand until next mov , v ,-.■ is then cloudy, or there is a brick-dust like sediment, or if particles fl >siti <;'i ..it '»v it is of an unnatural colour, the kidneys ara not healthy, and no time nun- he io<v •- adopting remedial measures, or Bright's Disease, Diabetes, or some ](•>..: --v.riz :...; more painful illness will result. The Liver. — In the liver various substances are actually made from \hi hi ; ,1. Two or three pounds of bile are thus made from the blood every day. Th ihv '.Lj sugar from the blood, converts it into another form, and stores it up so as to <v • >\ io again supply it to the blood gradually, as the latter requires enrichment, j'li- ! vor changes uric acid, which is insoluble, into urea, which is completely soluble, n A \hu liver also deals v*Uli Muud corpuscles WHICH nave lived tlielr life and are useful no i j.igcr. When the liver is inactive or d'.saased we suffer from Indigestion, Biliousness, Ansamia, Sick Headache, and Blood Disorders. • The health of the liver and of the kidneys is so clo3ely connected that it is almost impossible for the kidneys to be affected, and the liver to remain healthy, or vice verm. It is nearly thirty years since scientific research directed specially to diseases of tho Kidneys and Liver was rewarded by the discovery of the medicine now known through out the world as Warner's Safe Cure. It was realised, at the outset of the investigation, that it was necessary to find a our.xtive agent which would act equally upon the kidneys and upon the liver, these organs b ung so immediately associated in the work of dealing with the body's waste mateii;il, anu after many disappointments the medicine which possessed the required action in ihe fullest degree was at length discovered,--^ Warner's Safe Cure cures all diaaase* of the kidneys and liver, and, by restoring their activity, these vital organs nrs enabled to rid the body, through the natural channels, of the urinary and biliary poisons, the presence of which, in the system, is the cause of Rheumatism, Gout, Neuralgia. Lumbago, Backache, Sciatica, Blood Disorders, Anaemia, Indigestion, Biliousnc s. Jaundice, Sick Headache, Gravel, Stone, Bladder Troubles, and General Debility. Warner's Safe Cure cures all these disorders simply by removing the cause of the disorder This is the reason why cures effected by Warner's Safe Cure are permanent cures.
