LONDON MARKET ADVICES. Messrs Bi^ley Bros, and Co. report having received the following cable from their London agents, Messrs Dalgety and Co., dated 25th inst. J— Butter: Since our telegram of the 18th inst, prices are higher by 3s 4d per cwt. The total iniports of butter into the United Kingdom for the week ending the 18th inst. amounted to. 94,000 cwt, as compared with 72,000 cwt for the corresponding week of 19C5. Market strong owing to continuation of the drought. Think it poßsiblo prices at their best. E'rozen meat : Market dull owing to holidays and the hot weather. New Zealand frozen lamb lower by l^d per lb. Frozen mutton lower by par to %Z. Demand chiefly for light weight carcases. Beef unchanged. Tallow: Market very firm, with small stocks, but demand chiefly for prompt delivery. Prices are on the average higher by Is per cwt.
