St. Petersburg, July 11. Two armed men, at noon, stopped a carriage containing the cashier of the Vistula Railway in the centre of Warsaw, while proceeding to the bank escorted by two soldiers. The men killed the soldiem, and seized three bags containing 10,000 roubles and escaped. The cashier managed to conceal 50,000 roubles. . P3B The Russian newspapers describe the Admiral Rozhdestvensky courts martial as a farce, and say that the subordinate officers who risked dishonor to save their chief had been made scapegoats for the Tshushima disaster.
